Speaking of Free Speech

The First Presidency of the Inner and Universal Aquarian Epochal Chancellate spoke this weekend on the importance of maintaining the freedoms that many feel are under threat.

When it comes to freedoms, we need to do all that we can to maintain them. Even if we do not have anything to hide, we should maintain the freedom for other people to voice their opinions. That is the meaning that we should all uphold.

Not everyone will have the same opinions that we do, but that does not mean we have the right to tell them what is right and what is wrong. All of us have the right to the opinions that we have. They do not necessarily equate to truth, even if it is an opinion that is shared by a lot of people.
